Method of payment

Payment of the Order must be made when the Order is sent. Payment must be made online by Credit Card and/or PayPal, following the instructions given on the website itself. 


Once the Shipment Confirmation has been received, the invoice relating to the Order will be issued and sent by e-mail to the person holding the Order at the e-mail address indicated at the time the Order is filled in.

In the event that, within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the Shipment Confirmation, the holder of the Order does not receive the aforesaid invoice by e-mail, the holder of the Order may contact us at the following link “Contact Us” or by e-mail: info@prodynamo.com. 

For the issuance of the invoice, the information communicated at the time of filling in the Order will be used as proof; therefore, please remember to always check, with the utmost care, the accuracy of the information provided.
